Bug Description
Running 'tarmac help' does not list the 'land' command.
The output I see is this:
------
$ bin/tarmac help
Usage: tarmac <command> <options>
Available commands:
authenticate Create an OAuth token to be used by Tarmac.
help Get help for Tarmac commands.
merge Automatically merge approved merge proposal branches.
----
However, 'tarmac land --help' works fine.

The fix to this will be linked, but I've basically changed the documentation to not refer to `tarmac land` anymore. The command is actually `tarmac merge` and we have an alias set up for land.
