Adding a comment doesn't work properly

I'm logged in.

I go to https://launchpad.ubuntu.com/malone/bugs/611

I try to follow up on Stuart Bishop's comment, by clicking on the [+], and entering a bunch of text, and pressing [add].

I get to a page https://launchpad.ubuntu.com/malone/bugs/611/+messages/+new
that says "Add a comment

that says "Add a comment. an error occured. There were 1 input errors." The subject is still there, but the body I typed in is missing.

I re-type my comment, press [add], and I'm taken back to https://launchpad.ubuntu.com/malone/bugs/611/

However, my comment is not visible.

I tried adding the comment as a direct comment on the bug, and not on Stu's comment. This took me to the "an error occurred" page again. I entered the comment yet again, and pressed [add], and this time I was taken back to the bug's page, and my comment appeared.

Wow, that's a lot of work just to add a comment!

Do you really think it has something to do with launchpad - it also occurs in command line when reading data

Whatever you're experiencing at the command line has nothing to do with this long-fixed 15-year-old Launchpad bug.

Oh. From https://bugs.launchpad.net/my-weather-indicator/+bug/1908782 I see that you saw "KeyError: 616" in an error message. That has absolutely nothing to do with this bug - the fact that this bug number is 616 is a pure coincidence.
