Bug Description
It seems neither kernel nor GDB handles Neon registers in core files at this point.
GDB testsuite failures related to this:
FAIL: gdb.base/gcore.exp: corefile restored general registers
FAIL: gdb.base/gcore.exp: corefile restored all registers
