Bug Description
Binary package hint: update-manager
i am using 10.04 Lynx Lucid Ubuntu with version 1:0.134.9 of the update-manager.
When you add yourself to the /etc/sudoers file with NOPASSWD: ( myusername ALL=(ALL) NOPASSWD: ALL ).
The Updatemanager / update-notify notifies you of updates but if you click the install button in the update-manager nothing happens. (It´s "Aktualisierungen installieren" in the german version).
Expected behavior: Updates should get installed without the password prompt.
Actual behavior: nothing happens.

I am using 10.10 and did the exact same edit to the sudoers file.
The result isn't the same: In 10.10 i am also prompted for a password, after clicking on Legitimate, the password window remains but the password field disappears. The buttons Legitimate and Cancel remain.
If I then close the window (by clicking X), the updates will be installed.
