Bug Description

 affects ubuntu/jackd-defaults

 * Availability: In universe, built for all architectures, package is architecture independant.

Rationale:
Jackd-defaults is a metapackage used to install the preferred jack daemon onto Ubuntu/Debian systems. There are several packages that depend on the binary package jackd, which jackd-defaults satisfies. THe jackd metapackage then depends on either jackd1 from the jack-audio-connection-kit source package, or jackd2 from the jackd2 source package. Since jackd2 is being considered for main inclusion, jackd-defaults should also be in main, to make sure that any future package that gets moved to main will be able to depend on a jackd package that is not versioned, allowing users to either use jack1 or jack2 with the package in question, depending on the chosen default.

Jackd-defaults is purely a metapackage. Thus, other than the debian packaging, there is nothing else that needs reviewing. Ubuntu currently follows Debian's default choice of jackd2, and will likely stay that way, so this package will be able to take care of itself with the help of Debian.
