Rationale:
Jackd-defaults is a metapackage used to install the preferred jack daemon onto Ubuntu/Debian systems. There are several packages that depend on the binary package jackd, which jackd-defaults satisfies. THe jackd metapackage then depends on either jackd1 from the jack-audio-
Jackd-defaults is purely a metapackage. Thus, other than the debian packaging, there is nothing else that needs reviewing. Ubuntu currently follows Debian's default choice of jackd2, and will likely stay that way, so this package will be able to take care of itself with the help of Debian.

Luke, this is fine, but we dont need this MIR before we have a jackdX MIR, right? will you file one for jackd1 or jackd2 soon?
