Auto-refresh palettes without restarting Inkscape

Bug Description

Hi,

Inkscape should auto-refresh the palettes if I add some on ~/.config/inkscape/palettes or at least a button to reload. Is really annoying had to restart Inkscape if in the middle of the work when I add a new palette just for testing if I like it or not on the design...
