Bug Description
When trying to import an OXF the contents of the OFX memo tag isn't properly added to the description field, even though the setting is properly set in the Import options.
Tried this both with the 4.3 packages from getdeb as well as the 4.2.1 packages from Debian.
I've attached an anonimized example of the OXF file I'm using.

It seem that when the info/description field is first empty, the concatenation do not work.
