Bug Description
subvertpy includes the header file apr_md5.h in repos.c, which comes from aprutil, but setup.py does not check for the presence of aprutil--only apr--nor do the docs mention it as a dependency.

Subversion depends on libapr-util so you always need to have it installed anyway. I've added a check for apu-config.
