Bug Description
There is no backspace keyboard shortcut to go back when browsing the web. It is present in the windows version of firefox but not in ubuntu. Its a very useful shortcut because you dont have to use the mouse all the time or some people dont have a backspace mouse button so usability is greatly improved.

Agree on this one. It's the first thing I have to look up how to change after a new install and realise it's not working like that.
There is an about:config setting to enable this:
browser. backspace_ action = 0
Should be the default though - maybe an easy fix, perhaps in the 'Ubuntu Firefox modifications' add-on?
