module is not starting up

HI,

I'm using:
3.1.2 Thunderbird
1.0b2 Lightning
0.7 Provider for Microsoft Exchange

It looks like the plug-in is not loading properly as I'm not getting the browser.dom.window.dump.enabled property in the configuration editor. For what it's worth I also noticed that the Config Editor is now in Tools->Options->Advanced->...

I'm getting the following message error in the Error Console:

Did you use an autodiscover address? If so, can you try with a manual address setting?
