flashplugin-nonfree update fails with update-rc.d error

Bug Description

Binary package hint: flashplugin-nonfree

Updating to the latest flashplugin-nonfree (7.0.68~ubuntu1~dapper1) gives me an error just after the license agreement GUI:

I'll stick with flashplugin-nonfree_7.0.63.3ubuntu3_i386.deb until this update package gets fixed.
