Add a 'group by xxx' feature to the bugs view

It would be nice to group a project's bugs by a field, such as grouping by milestone or assignee. Trac does this quite well. For example: http://trac.edgewall.org/report/6

I'd like to use this as a manager to see what people are currently working on, what is in this release, and what is due in the next.

Particular cases of this include bug 87193 (grouping by assignee), bug 319237 (grouping by project). It may save time to fix bug 179600 together with this bug.

This is a great idea. Thanks for the bug report to track the idea!

We have other issues of higher priority currently, but search and reporting is increasingly gaining attention for us. I suspect the priority of this bug will change over the next 6 months to a year, but obviously priorities are driven by a number of stake holders.

This would be generally useful to the Ubuntu management and release teams as well.

Have closed Ubuntu task, and added it to explicit tracking list via tag instead. Priority of this from ubuntu perspective is different than the launchpad one.
