Hello Charlie.
I was victim of an hardware random failure.
Today i change the recorder and reburn the image of yesterday, but with another disk, and i've no more of this issue.
Then probably this is an invalid bug.
Saturday i will test again to try to reproduce it.

Indeed, the code in question no longer exists. Marking as invalid, but do feel free to file a new bug if a similar issue crops up.
