Arrow keys doesn't work properly

Bug Description

When A4 is launched the first button of the toolbar (open presentation) has the focus and even after a presentation has been loaded arrow keys switch button on the toolbar rather than cycling through presentation ROIs. Number keys [0,...,9] doesn't work as well. Clicking on the presentation doesn't assign the focus to drawing_area. The only way to achieve this is hitting tab.

IMO, default focus should be on drawing_area, and the user should never be allowed to switch between toolbar button via arrow keys (keybindings should be used instead).

I francly don't like to prevent users to focus the toolbar or the menubar...

(just guessing) Perhaps could such keybindings be assigned to the whole window?
Can someone give it a try??

I don't know... it seems unusual to focus the toolbar with tab, or to focus the toolbar at all. I tried a few applications at random and no one allowed me to do that (but I may be wrong, of course).
Also, why would you want to do that? to use the keyboard instead of the mouse? isn't bug #611989 the proper way to handle that?

No, simply I didn't find a way to remove the toolbar from the focus :P
(the last commit of yesterday night was to default focus the drawing area,
but a <tab> will still give focus to the toolbar.

Oh, I see.
I thought you were saying it should stay.
Well... I don't have a clue either.
