Programme ID, Run ID, Period filters

Hi,

A nice to have feature & a bug report

Bug: the period disappears if one selects Project or Programme ID.

Bug: Programme ID is essentially identical to project for public surveys. Currently what is written as Programme ID is actually RUN ID - programme ID is the string XXX.Y-ZZZZ
Run ID is XXX.Y-ZZZZ(W)
If one selects project there is no need to have programme ID selectable because this is identical (and vice versa)

Nice to have:
If one selects Project (programme ID disappears)
--> allow to select either Period or Run ID
--> If one selects Period, then Run ID selection should not be there any more
--> If one selects Run ID, then Period should not be there any more.

If one selects Programme ID (project disappears) - same as above for Project
--> allow now to select Period or Run ID
--> If one selects Period, then Run ID selection should not be there any more
--> If one selects Run ID, then Period should not be there any more.

In the data base from DBCM the values in the column prog_id seem to correspond to the run ID, ID XXX.Y-ZZZZ(W). I'm checking on DBCM.
