Bug Description

Binary package hint: openoffice.org

I use Open office 3.2 with ubuntu 10.04
When i open a file saved with MS Office in .docx format, Openoffice 3.2 word processor alerts an error "General error General input/output error"

I have tried many methods
1. I reinstalled OO3.2
2. Resetting user profile not solved my issue
3. edit program/soffice file and changed following lines # file locking now enabled by default
#SAL_ENABLE_FILE_LOCKING=1
#export SAL_ENABLE_FILE_LOCKING

NOTHING SOLVED MY ISSUE
