Bug Description

Would be nice to have a right-click menu.

Behaviour:
You would move your cursor over a row in the command list window. You could then right-click to get a popup menu. This menu would contain the menu items:

Apply
Add
Delete
Edit

I have started work on this so I set Status to 'In Progress' and assigned myself the bug.

This feature in 1.0rc works fine, although whether by design the ability to Add a Command from the context menu is missing.

Directly affects user experiance.
I was about the add this, just checked it already existed..
