charset in "show index from" should be name, not number

This is fine but flags should be removed and we should use the name of the charset, not the number.

This is coming from the --show-metadata output from drizzletest, not from the server.
i.e. flags that are being sent to client as part of the protocol.
so it's probably okay to just leave this as is...
