Bug Description
This time the error is:
E IOError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'simplesamlphp_
I have fixed the issue by changing the test and make it use the file saml2_response.xml instead but I'm not sure it that is correct.
Anyway, I'll attach the fix to this bug and also commit it into my branch as revision 261
