c&p:
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Description of problem:
xorg-x11-utils conflicts with nvidia driver (I am currently using the freshrpms
 version nvidia-x11-drv-1.0.9762-1, but I got exactly the same results with
livna's drivers); specifically, xdriinfo (and therefore driconf) fail with the
error: "libGL is too old." It took me quite a while and a lot of searching to
figure this out....

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
xorg-x11-utils-7.1-2.fc6
driconf-0.9.1-5.fc6

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install xorg-x11-utils and/or driconf;
2.Install proprietary nvidia driver(s) from any source;
3.Observe meltdown when executing xdriinfo or driconf.

Actual results:
Fails with error: "libGL is too old."
