Sync classpath 0.92 from Debain unstable (main)

Binary package hint: classpath

Highlights of release 0.92:
- full graphics 2D implemenation based on Cairo enabled by default
- inclusion of an applet viewer and plugin that can be embedded in webbrowsers or other applications

I hope this will be done before Universe Freeze.

Ubuntu package has no changes. Debian classpath package Build-Depends on libxul-dev, if it's current Ubuntu policy to use firefox-dev instead, include attached debdiff.

Package builds cleanly on Edgy pbuilder, with either libxul-dev or with firefox-dev.
