Bug Description
Binary package hint: evolution
I'm using the built-in Google Calendar support and the times for events are incorrectly being offset for my timezone (Australia/Brisbane GMT+10:00) even though my timezone is the same on Google Calendar and my system (Evolution is configured to use the system timezone, and the greyed out box for a custom timezone lists Australia/

This specific problem is not limited to the native Google Calendar support within Evolution.
After I experienced the problem described in this bug report using the native Google Calendar support, I then used CalDAV to configure a calendar to interface with my Google Calendar, but experienced the exact same problem as with the native Google Calendar.
I am also using Ubuntu 10.04 LTS "Lucid Lynx" amd64.
I am not in Australia though, I am in South Africa.
