Hello,

the drop_account function did not work by me.

I put the End-Tag </form> after submit and now it works fine.

Before: echo '<p><input name="submit" type="submit" value="'.__('Continue').'" class="submit" /></p><br /></div>';

After: echo '<p><input name="submit" type="submit" value="'.__('Continue').'" class="submit" /></form></p><br /></div>';
