Bug Description

Binary package hint: indicator-applet

I have an installation of Ubuntu Maverick on a virtual machine. After running an update in 1 August 2010, the applet would crash each and every time I open Rhythmbox. This happens also when closing the program. Then a message box appears asking me either to reload the applet, or to leave things as they are. If I try to reload it, it crashes again; only after 2-3 attempts it stays. Until I close Rhythmbox, at least.
