Bug Description
When a URL is added to a text area using FCK editor in a text module in 2.0 the following occurs.
FIrst time the URL is saved the URL is intact
second time the URL is saved an extra " is added before and after the URL.
<other> is the choice for the URL and it is referring to a SEF name for a page. e.g. /dyess becomes "/dyess" then the next time it will be ""/dyess"" and so on.
