Usb Start Up Disk Creator fails for Low Power Usb Port

The current Start up Disk Creator does not work fine for low power usb ports. if one creates a boot-able usb-drive(pen drive) using ubuntu 10.04 start up disk creater then the computer which uses the high power usb ports got booted from this. but the computer which has lower power port gives boot error on booting from boot-able pen-drive created by ubuntu 10.04. I tested the same on 15 computers but it gives boot error on computer which uses low power usb ports and computer which uses high power usb port gets booted by the same usb drive.
