computer crash when seeing videos after updating to kernel 2.6.32-24-generic on a AMD64 bit system

Bug Description

I just updated my linux kernel to 2.6.32-24-generic on my AMD system (Phenom || (6 core), black edition (not overclocked)) with ATI 8570 graphic card (using ATI propetary drivers)

I launch a video, after some time, teh computer crash, I have to reboot.

When using 2.6.32-23-generic, I have no problem

are you fully sure the problem does not happen with the previous version of kernel?

Just updated to the last kernel update and I can know load the 2.6.32-24 kernel and I do not get freeze on watching videos :)
