mplayer not detect linked and ordered chapters in mkv

Please apply patches for support linked and ordered chapters to matroska splitter.

I build this package on Lucid and have same problem.

unless they get applied upstream, this is not going to happen for the
ubuntu package. I'd suggest to work on getting them into the upstream
svn version.

Because it's mplayer2, not mplayer: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/611851 (#12, #13).

Replace mplayer to mplayer2 in Ubuntu repository will solve this bug too.
