Bug Description
qBittorrent: 2.3.0
System: Windows 7 x64
Hi
Like the most MultiOS tools, sadly also qBT doesn't give a native feeling while using it's dialogs.
F.e., when I want to add a new torrent, qBT set's every time "desktop" or since 2.3.0 the qBittorrent install dir as active directory. The standard Windows (?) behaviour would be setting the directory to the last one used. The same thing on the "Create Torrent"-dialoge - when "add files" or "add folder" gets pushed, qBT doesn't use the last directory, it selects the user directory. This is really exhausting when you want to create or add some torrents out of the same directory successive.
It's also very annoying the last used tracker in the "Announce URLs"-field of the "Create Torrent"-dialoge doesn't get memorized. A history would be a really big gain to the usability - at moment, I always have to search and copy the tracker-URL again and again. Also last used settings, like the chunk size or if the torrent should get created private or seeded after creation, should be remembered.
As poweruser, I really hope you could change this behaviour, it would save a lot of the user's time. :)

I believe I remember the last directory for at least some of the dialogs. Could you be more specific and tell me which dialog(s) is not behaving as expected?
I'll look into it after my vacation.
