Bug Description
There is no way to get xtrabackup to say what version it is.
There is a call to "print_version() that is done as part of actually running
the program, but there is no way to get the version without taking a backup
(at least, that I could figure out).

At the current moment xtrabackup version is displayed when we launch xtrabackup w/out arguments, but it also displays license details, parameters and default variables' values.
We should add --version option which should display only version of the product (we need to get the output similar to `xtrabackup | head -n 2`)
