Currently the form at:

Uses a non-standard font for the non-form and non-canvas elements.
1. This reduces the clarity between what the user is being asked to review (the input box and canvas rendering) and the instructions and form input elements.
2. If the Ubuntu Sans font is the problem (eg. missing/broken glyphs), then the user cannot report the problem effectively because they cannot see the characters they have entered.
The difference between the instruction and target elements could be increased by only overriding and forcing the custom font on the important elements (canvas, and possibly input box).
