Bug Description

gnash and swfdec both kept flash animations disabled by default and you clicked on a particular flash animation and gnash/swfdec would then play the swf file and enable that particular .swf for the next load of that page. It would be nice to have some sort of functionality for that, I would suggest something like this:

Enable all Flash by default with options:
 blacklist some files/domains
 temporarily disable some files

Disable all Flash by default with options:
 whitelist some files/domains
 temporarily enable some files/domains

Changed in lightspark:

Instead, I suggest you to install an add-on or an extension that does exactly that for any flash player. Chrome-Chromium has Flash Control and Flash Blocker. I think that Flash Blocker is also available for Firefox.

and in case you should be using Opera, there's an option ( opera:config#UserPrefs|EnableOnDemandPlugin ) for just that.
