Bug Description
I got an exception when running in ical mode and a task didn't have a due date (its parent did). I noticed make_uuid uses the task's due_date rather than the due_date obtained from t.inherit. I added the inherited date as a parameter to make_uuid. Not sure if this is what is wanted though
