Bug Description
There should be an option which tells tarmac to blow away the copy it has of the target branch and branch fresh every time... there are unfortunate times when build artifacts or other things get left behind and then cause merge conflicts in the future.

Maybe we should just make Tarmac always clean its tree up before it gets merged. That would actually be really easy, and probably should be done anyway.
