LoCo Team Portal 0.2.14

Bug Description

When a event has been and gone you've no way of seeing if a team actually did an event.

It would be great to see under a team a list of PAST events, this would be helpful for a team when it comes for Approval or Re approval time when they can link to the page of past events or just for the LoCo Council to see how active they are.

Perhaps on the the LoCo team page a link to Past events organised? So it'd link to the events pages created for those events.

There is already a history for all events:

http://loco.ubuntu.com/events/history/

should be easy to implement this just for every team. eg http://loco.ubuntu.com/teams/ubuntu-de-locoteam/events/history should be a good place to access the history.

Yup there is a way to get to them just not publically, but I don't think seeing ALL past-events for ALL teams would be ideal. I do like the idea of clicking on a loco team and seeing a link to PAST events, clicking on that and it would then list all of the events created by that teams or perhaps took part in

Should it be called Past Events, or Recent Events? Should an event in the recent past cry out for some added text to say how it went? a url?
