package mysql-server-5.1 5.1.41-3ubuntu12.3 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1

I got the community package of MySql5.1 set it up.

Everything worked well for the first day, on the second day root lost all it's privileges after following a few guides to make it work, I got my privileges but then I couldn't connect to it from another machine.

I gave up and Tried to uninstall the Setup and It would stay stuck at uninstalling here is my Ubuntu forum thread. http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?p=9612665#post9612665
