Bug Description
In a fresh UNE session, the launcher shows overlapped (not flattened) icons, even when there is ample space. Dragging the launcher up or down restores the normal appearance. Hovering over the launcher also triggers the restoration when the cursor is moved out of the launcher. Please see screenshot.
