Apply portlet restyling to all portlets

· Jonathan (and JK) really didn’t like the gradient design, which I think was option one of the screen shot you sent around. Jonathan thought it made the portlets unnecessarily busy and would date the look of KARL. Jonathan much preferred “option 2” with the light gray boarder. Jason and I had originally said that we liked the gradient view, but based on Jonathan strong negative reaction to “option 1”, we think it’s probably best to move forward with “option 2”.
· Jonathan also asked whether we planned to update the portlet style on Office homepages as well as the Communities/Profile pages. He thought is was probably best to change the style across the site, so we should get Chrissy’s take on whether her portlet design works on the Office homepages.

We'll do this in August, not now.

I have put this work on a branch: /karl/branches/chrissy-portlets

I'm sure it needs some good QA before being merged into anything.

Any portlets that appeared inside of #center have been moved outside of that div, to appear on the right.

I believe JimP has tested all of this, as have I, as has Nat. Only thing left is to test it when we merge the branch for staging.
