Lombard and Fillmore are already in Ubuntu, but I've requested they be removed since they've been abandoned by their developers. See bug 1017286 for more information.

Oops, sorry about my last comment; I was a bit confused.

gedit-valencia-plugin has been in Ubuntu since Ubuntu 11.04 so I'm closing this bug.
