There are no possibility to add "Total Cost" column in GLPI's Ticket list

There are no possibility to add "Total Cost" column in GLPI's Ticket list (click "Assistance"->"Tickets" from upper menu), but columns "Time cost", "Fixed cost" and "Material cost" can be added.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to GLPI and click "Assistance"->"Tickets" from upper menu (look at http://demo.glpi-project.org/front/ticket.php - login: admin_en , password: admin)

2. Click on small + button (with tooltip "Select default items to show"), located to the left of columns headers "ID Title", then new window will popout - click on "Personal View" tab (look at http://demo.glpi-project.org/front/popup.php?popup=search_config&itemtype=Ticket )

3. Look in dropdown list bellow text "Select default items to show:"

Expected results:

 Item "Total Cost" should appear in dropdown list bellow text "Select default items to show:"

P.S. I know, that it's an upstream bug, but I'm reporting in launchpad, because I can't report a bug in upstream GLPI bug tracker - https://forge.indepnet.net
