numerically setting seconds in date/time dalog fails

Bug Description

Setting seconds in Date/Time dialog only works if arrows are used. Numerically typing the seconds does not work properly in 0.10.5 under Windows XP.

Changing the seconds does actually work - you just have to be really fast!
I've submitted a patch (merge proposal) to make it easy.

is. The patch was marked as 'merged', but I'm sure it wasn't (I doubt
anyone with commit access is awake and it's not showing in trunk).
Checking the merge proposal, it is now showing an empty diff relative to
trunk, so where did it go? (the diff had been correct before) Anyway,
I've reset the merge proposal to "Needs review" and the branch does
contain the patch when I do a checkout, but let me know if you have any
problems.
