Bug Description
- it adds "border 0px by default. instead we shall use border="0" attribute, so users can use styles/classes to override it
- The classname should be settable. We have the editor field, but it doesn't do anything
- Preselection of margins and the float dropdown doesn't work in IE8 only (IE6/7 works)
