Slider selections show inconsistent results

1) Select OB type
2) select OB current status "D"
3) select project VVV
4) select user priority to go from [1...2] - result is no OBs if the slider does not start from the beginning
5) change user priority to go from [1...2] - result is showing all OBs with status D IF the slilder starts from the beginning.
It is possible to move the slider for the same selected user priority range that shows different result.
Looks like the slider has a continuous distribution that samples some "empty spaces" between discreet 1-10 user priority numbers?
