Bug Description

Build the APi documentation thanks to Doxygen. The main page contains 3 links to the "ROHC compressor/decompressor common API", the "ROHC compression API" and the "ROHC decompression API".

The "ROHC compression API" link points to a page that contains all the public functions of the ROHC library that are related to the compression. The rohc_feedback_flush() function is not referenced among them as it should be.
