Default to formatted text, please

If one sets default to formatted text and TMG-CPRS gets re-installed, one does not find out until a note is nearly completed that it is not formatted and one has to set to formatted text and laboriously redo the note under trying circumstances.

I don't understand this. It should be immediately obvious that the note is is in plain text mode or formatted mode by noting that the formatting buttons are absent or present.

Are you starting a note by first launching a template? And then after filling out the template, then you drop the results into a plain-text mode note?

Also, I don't understand about your comment about when TMG-CPRS gets reinstalled. The settings should be saved on the server. Perhaps you don't have the patch installed that makes this happen? If the patch isn't installed, then the settings are put into a .ini file.

I discussed directly with user. He was deleting .ini file with each re-install. I believe he does not have patch correctly installed that moves .ini settings into the server.
