Create a flag we can use to filter Bot edits

Bug Description

As the number of bots increases, it's no longer sufficient to categorize a bot by editing the database directly. We need to arrange a flag that can be set at the account level (ideally with a UI) that can fold bots into the Bot Recent Changes.

Yep. Good idea.

* Must have an OL account
* Ideally, should be "registered" as a developer too (on developer user list?)

Suggested fields:
Your Name:
Your Email:
Your Website:
Bot Account Name:
Bot Account URL:
Describe Bot's Task:

Registering as bot can be allowed only for the logged in users. So we
don't have to ask for name, email and address. On the Bot page, we can
say something like "This bot is run by Anand Chitipothu.".

Good! Let's link the other way too, from a person's profile to their bots. (Could just be a bulleted list or something.)

(We should prototype this for the team - Anand, Edward, Ariel and Daniel have all written bots.)
