On opening the PDF I receive the following message:

Thank you for your bug report. The PDF file has been created with a recent Acrobat product and is only readable with the Acrobat Reader, not with any free PDF reader (that I know of). This bug is known and has been reported as bug #321720, so it is being marked as a duplicate such. Please look at the other bug report (and the linked upstream bug) to see if there is any missing information that you can provide, or to see if there is a workaround for the bug. Additionally, any further discussion regarding the bug should occur in the other report. Please continue to report any other bugs you may find.
