Bug Description

The wallpaper-settings "zoom", "centered", "scale", "spanned" are not considered when drawing the desktop-background. Only "tiled" and "fill-screen" work.

You should redo the same caching that are used in libgnome-desktop, which means, taking into account ~/.local/wallpaper
Patch is at debian/patches/02_add_wallpaper_cache.patch in the gnome-desktop source package.

Again, if there's a trivial way tobe feature-parity with the nautilus
approach, let's do it. If not, let's support the simplest-cleanest
subset for 10.10.
