Change workspace when clicking on new mail

I use multiple workspaces on Linux, one is for Thunderbird. If I use an other one, and see that a new mail is arrived, I click on the indicator. I hope to see Thunderbird, but it is on another workspace and nothing happened.

So, could you add a selection of Thunderbird Window (with wmctrl by example) to change the workspace if needed ?
