Use of colors in the themes

Bug Description

Hi,

The colors in the themes should be revisited IMO. E.g.:
1. The "powered by Mahara" logo is not always very legible.
2. The colors, e.g. for the Quota bar are sometimes very light and thus not so easy to see, especially if the amount of the color used is not very big.
3. The yellow pencil is not very rich in contrast.
